In this all-day class, you'll learn three basic joints in woodworking: Lap, Bridle and Mortise and Tenon Joint.
For the new woodworker, the skill to cut these four joints is fundamental. We'll teach you how to properly execute these joints step by step. You'll also learn how to refine these joints using chisels and speciality joinery planes. For the experienced woodworker, this class is a fun day of joinery instruction and practice. Starting at 10am, you’ll learn how to layout and execute these four joints.
At the end of the day, you’ll leave with a unique drying rack/shop bent. This design can be adapted for a quilt/blanket stand.
